2. Payment

  • Fees: The fees for our training services are outlined on our website or provided at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments direct bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your participation within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will be processed after deducting a small administrative fee.
  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, email us at payments@partidosa.com with your proof of purchase and cancellation request.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the 7-day period.
  • Transfers: If you wish to transfer your training to a different date or session, please contact us. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Conduct and Participation

  • Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to instructions may result in removal from the training session without a refund.
  • Preparation: Participants are responsible for any pre-requisites or preparation required for the training session.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All materials provided during the training sessions, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and content, are the intellectual property of Partidos and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Liability

  • Limitations: Partidos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the training service.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy
