We live in a technology and media-driven environment, marked by access to an abundance of Information, rapid changes in technology tools and the ability to collaborate and make individual contributions. Effective citizens and workers must be able to exhibit a range of functional and critical thinking skills, such as:
- Information Literacy
- Media Literacy
- ICT (Information, Communications, and Technology) Literacy
- Digital Fluency
- Understand how to locate, evaluate and use information effectively
- Develop the ability to critically assess the credibility and relevance of information sources
- Learn how to create and critically analyse media messages
- Understand the role of media in shaping public perception and opinion
- Develop skills to effectively use various technology tools, including AI tools and conventional tools
- Understand the impact of ICT on communication, innovation and collaboration
- Develop students’ ability to critically assess the suitability and effectiveness of various digital tools for different tasks and contexts.

In addition to the content, all students in this program will be required to read the following self development books, complete quizzes and engage in discussions. Engaging students in discussions about the selected books plays a pivotal role in shaping them into well-rounded individuals prepared to tackle the challenges of the 21st century.
